Due to the ever-present concerns of Violence in the Workplace, Consolidated Risk Management has joined forces with the renowned Tiger Schulmann’s Karate organization in the development of a workshop program in Violence Recognition and Self Defense.
The program is geared towards employees who deal with the general public as part of their job function, and potentially encounter a hostile individual.
With the combined expertise of Consolidated Risk Management, Inc. providing instruction on diffusing hostile situations, communication techniques, and generally dealing with difficult people; combined with Tiger Schulmann’s Karate providing hands on professional demonstration and instruction on simple techniques to implement counter-measures to resolve situations, and self defense moves for survival, the participant completes the program with knowledge and techniques, resulting in a more confident employee performing their job tasks.
Target Audience:
